The aim of this diploma thesis is to suggest new organization structure in the industry company, the main is to focus on individual organization components and to specify goals, which would be achieved by this restructure. The proposal of new enterprise organization structure is made on basics of analysis of present situation in company, provided information and internal sources from employees and Management Company. In scope of this diploma thesis I suggested new organization structure, which faces to improve of its efficiency – decreasing of costs and increasing of productivity.

I focus more on internal than external risks. Essentially every computer user in the company. I will specify procedures to ensure information security and define authority and responsibility system for staff.

In my thesis I prepare design of organizational change of Catholic University Student's Movement Brno, o.s., non-profit organization. It describes the objectives and activities of the association and it defines key positions, characteristics of workload of teams, collaborates and volunteers. My thesis describes competences and responsibilities of individual team members. It describes also management of the whole organization including team meeting's organization.

Abuse of power by a public official

The diploma thesis focuses on a detailed analysis of the criminal offence of abuse of power by a public official. The thesis is divided into two continuous parts. The first part refers to the historical development of the offence of abuse of power by a public official and the process of formation of the concept of a public official on the territory of the Czech state since the second half of the nineteenth century. Within this framework, historical criminal laws are analysed, as well as unsuccessful attempts at codification of substantive criminal law from the period of the First Republic, which included this type of offence. Along with this genesis, the legal-historical context accompanying the formation of the researched offence and the public official is also described. The aim of the first part of the thesis is mainly to identify the specific conceptual features of the analysed institutes, which were gradually transposed into subsequent legal regulations and resulted in the construction of the currently valid and effective form of the offence of abuse of power by a public official. Development of the Presidential Office in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis focuses on the development of the presidential office from 1918, when the Czechoslovak Republic was founded, to 2018. In particular, it focuses on presidential powers. The purpose of the first part is to describe and trace, on the basis of constitutional texts, the changes in the individual competences of the head of state, as well as changes in his or her electability and accountability, and to place them in the context of constitutional development in the Czech lands. The aim is to present information about the presidential office in a clear and comprehensible way. The second part of the thesis focuses on a comparative analysis of specific powers. The thesis focuses on four presidential powers: the right to reverse a law or the right of veto, amnesty and pardon, and the appointment and dismissal of the government. The comparative analysis is conducted from the perspective of the constitutions and focuses on the distinctive elements of these powers. The aim is to assess, on the basis of the elements being compared, under which constitution the presidency was strongest in that particular power.

Delegation of competences in Kindergartens

My bachelor thesis deals with the process of delegating management competences of pedagogical process in kindergartens with one or more detached places of work which form one legal subject. This work is to present the process of delegating, shows its positives as well as negatives and possible risk. It also brings survey of competences which can be delegated to teachers by a headteacher. There are two parts of the thesis, theoretical and a research. The research is based on the analysis of the questionnaire which main aim is to find out who are the competences delegated to.
